◆ Named after the mountains we work under
A small family roofing company, founded in 1999 in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains. Flat-roof coatings, restorations, and gutters — for Green Valley, Sahuarita, Tubac, and the rest of southern Pima County.
In 1999, we put the name of the mountains on our truck and started coating flat roofs in Green Valley. Twenty-five years later, the truck still has the same name, the company is still owned by the same family, and the same people answer the phone.
We treat every customer like family — not as a tagline, but because the work actually comes back to us. A bad roof in Sahuarita is a phone call from a neighbor of someone we already know. That keeps us honest, and it keeps the work careful.
A flat roof in Green Valley is a different animal than a flat roof in Phoenix — cooler nights, harder monsoons, and a sun that bleaches a bad coating in a season. We've been working under it since 1999.
Cool-roof elastomeric and acrylic coatings built for the desert sun above Green Valley — bright white, monsoon-tight, and warrantied. The specialty the truck is named for.
Tear-back, decking repair, and full membrane rebuilds for flat roofs that have lived past their first coating cycle.
Annual inspections, pre-monsoon checkups, debris and ponding fixes — small visits that keep a good roof good for another decade.
Leaks, flashing, parapets, scuppers — diagnosed at the source. Seamless gutters sized for monsoon runoff when you need them.
We walk the roof ourselves — photographs, measurements, the condition of the coating, the flashing, the drains. Whatever we find gets explained at your kitchen table.
Materials line-itemed. Fair pricing. No high-pressure script. If we think a coating will outlast a tear-off, we'll say so — and price it both ways.
We're a small family operation. The names you talk to on the phone are the names that show up on the truck. That's the only way we know how to work.
Yard swept clean. Warranty written and registered. After 1999, we've answered the phone for a lot of repeat clients — that's still how it works.
They coated our flat roof in 2014. Twelve summers in, no leaks, and when I called recently for a maintenance visit it was the same family that picked up the phone. That's a rare thing in this valley.
Headquartered in Green Valley, working the corridor from Sahuarita south through Tubac and Amado. If you can see the Santa Ritas from your front porch, we cover you.
We'll come out, look at the roof, and put a written estimate in your hand in plain language. Same family that will do the work. No pressure, no theatrics.
